Even before I enroll for the MBA, job offers have started pouring!
About 10 days ago, I resigned from my current organization and am currently serving my notice period (2 months!). I have also started informing people around me about my career aspirations after an MBA. XLRI is a big brand and people have already offered a few interesting roles… some want me now and some want me after an MBA
My German customer has offered me a full time position in Germany. My previous organization (big IT consulting firm) wants me as a product manager to head the marketing efforts of a yet-to-be-launched product. My current company says they would ‘grab’ me after an MBA (they recruit at XLRI-GMP). A biggie (Divisional Manager) at a bank (where I got my loan processed) offered me a post MBA role!
Although, I have not accepted any of the above roles… it is satisfying to know that people want me 
. Everyone wants me to stay in touch with them during my course and ping them when I am ready to join. Hard work Pays!
Before starting my MBA sojourn, I always had a question if this was the right time to take a break… Today, I know it aligns well with my personal as well as professional road maps.
