Rewards of group work

I was analyzing the weightage assigned for group work during this term and found that on an average, about 45% of my performance is judged by the performance of my group. In some subjects, this percentage is as high as 60% !

Well.. as you can see, collaboration is the key to a better performance. The system has been designed in such a manner that it enforces collaboration and team work. Also, let me not underestimate the negotiation and conflict management skills that I have been acquiring during the group work.
